After a long night, Zoe decided it was best to relief her stress with a walk rather do something she’d regret later on. The real world was back to it’s course and Wasaga beach felt like forever ago. Walking through the dark night, she somewhat felt vulnerable she knew the streets weren’t safe at such hours but in her mind at that very moment, didn’t seem like a big deal. Seeing bright big letters from the distance, the brunette decided to take a break before heading back home. Once she entered Burt’s burgers, she looked around as a couple of eyes landed her way. She figured some were surprised to see the Zoe Rivas at a place like this, and she couldn’t agree more. Regretting her decision she turned to head out the door, before she saw a familiar face sitting at the bar. Arlene—- the girl with a vendetta against the Socs, it didn’t come to a surprise to her since she was a Greaser after all. She decided to approach the girl, once she had, Zoe took a seat next to her. “Don’t tell me Burt’s Burgers is your next victim.”
Arlene had to let her eyes roll as one of the servers placed the plate of cheese fries in front of her. Zoe Rivas wasn’t someone Arlene knew too well – besides the fact that she had a crush or something on Zig. That alone was enough was enough to make Arlene suspicious; first, because Zig was not a Soc, not even close, in fact; second, because she was supposed to hate Greasers and supposedly considered herself too good to be in the presence of such filth. Arlene tried hard not to dig into her friends business, but she couldn’t help being a little worried that the girl might have ulterior motives for hanging out with Zig. “I came here for peace and quiet–not so you could jabber about old news.” She spooned some cheese out of the cup they’d delivered and chewed, pleasure filling her body. If there was anything that could put her in a good mood, it was cheese fries. “What are you doing here? I don’t think your rich friends would be too proud if they saw you settling for low class midnight snacks.”
